Position: Flexi Store Assistant
Location: Various stores
Contract: Flexible hours to suit lifestyle and store needs
Key Responsibilities
Cash Control & Accuracy
- Manage cash desk duties efficiently with zero variances
- Follow strict cash control and banking procedures
- Handle manual transactions accurately when necessary
Stock Management & Organisation
- Conduct daily stock handling to support smooth store operations
- Manage customer orders and assist with timely fulfillment
- Perform weekly stock counts and storeroom maintenance
- Complete shoe pairing and stock integrity checks
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Deliver a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Uphold Spitz’s luxury brand standards with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- 6 months to 1 year retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
- Passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and excellent customer engagement
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading hours
