Available Positions
- Waitrons (ANEW Hotel Ocean Reef, Zinkwazi, KwaZulu-Natal): Greet customers, explain menu items, practice suggestive selling, and deliver outstanding service. Requires 1+ years of waiter experience in a 3- or 4-star property and strong customer service skills.
- Receptionists (Multiple Locations: Ocean Reef, Hluhluwe, Hatfield, Highveld, Centurion): Ensure friendly, efficient check-in/check-out processes. Must be professional, organized, and familiar with hotel policies. Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism Management is an advantage.
- Sales Representatives/Corporate Sales Executives (Ocean Reef, OR Tambo, Centurion): Manage sales, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets. Requires excellent communication and market research skills.
- Night Auditor (Greenpoint, Hilton): Handle front desk and accounting tasks at night, including daily audits and guest check-ins. Requires knowledge of Apex, Pluspoint, and basic accounting.
- Cook (ANEW Hotel Capital, Pretoria): Prepare high-quality food, desserts, and pastries for restaurant and function settings. Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
- Assistant General Manager (ANEW Hotel Centurion): Support hotel operations, requiring 18+ months of management experience in a 4-star property.
- Maintenance Manager (Hilton, KZN): Oversee facility maintenance to ensure safety and functionality. Requires strong organizational and technical skills.
- Accountant (Hunters Rest, Highveld): Produce management accounts, monitor budgets, and handle financial reconciliations. Requires experience in financial reporting and administration.
- Cost Controller (Roodepoort, Gauteng): Monitor expenses, input invoices, and ensure cost control. Requires Opera and F&B point-of-sale knowledge.
Key Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate (minimum for most roles).
- Relevant experience (1–5 years, depending on the position).
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Apex, Pluspoint, Opera) for specific roles.
- Proficiency in English; isiZulu or isiXhosa is an advantage for some positions.
