Position Overview: Flexi Sales Consultant (Cross-Trained)
As a Flexi Sales Consultant, you’ll be trained to handle multiple roles within the store, including:
- Assisting customers on the sales floor
- Operating the service desk
- Processing sales at the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Organizing merchandise displays following MBP (Merchandise Business Principles)
- Opening new customer accounts
- Monitoring stock levels and minimizing losses
- Building lasting relationships with customers
✅ Qualifications & Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- At least a Grade 10 qualification
- Previous retail or cash desk experience (advantageous)
- A passion for fashion and current trends
- Strong selling and customer service skills
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
