About the Learnership
Pepkor Lifestyle is offering a Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded Learnership for 2025 / 2026. This opportunity is available across all 9 provinces of South Africa. We are looking for passionate, vibrant, and motivated individuals who want to grow within the retail industry.
This 12-month programme is designed to introduce participants to the world of retail and develop their skills through hands-on experience with well-known retail brands under the Pepkor Lifestyle umbrella.
Learnership Benefits

- Customer service on the shop floor
- Merchandising and display maintenance
- Marketing fundamentals
- English and Math fundamentals
- Recording transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Stock loss control
- Opening new accounts
- Understanding wholesale and retail operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Energetic and eager to learn
- Fluent in English
- Customer service–oriented
- Adaptable and solution-driven
- Positive with a “can-do” attitude
- Able to solve problems and work in a team
Minimum Requirements

- Have a Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent
- Be a South African citizen
- Have no criminal record
- Be available for the full 12-month duration
