Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, engaging, and personalised shopping experience to every customer
- Support sales growth by helping your team meet and exceed store targets
- Ensure the store layout and merchandising standards are consistently maintained
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and fully stocked
- Monitor stock levels, manage shrinkage, and escalate issues to management
- Ensure correct pricing and signage on all products
- Assist with stock takes, investigate variances, and report concerns
- Follow cash-up and banking procedures
- Comply with all company operational and store policies
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in cosmetics and retail
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Friendly and confident personality
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends
- Basic computer skills (Excel and email proficiency)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and stand for long periods
- Confident in demonstrating and promoting products
