Vodacom Learnership Programme 2025/2026
Vodacom is offering a 12-month E-Waste Management Learnership Programme for unemployed South African youth.
If you are between the ages of 18 and 35, have a Matric certificate, and live in Gauteng, this opportunity is for you. The programme helps young people gain practical work experience and training in e-waste recycling.
Programme Details
- Position: E-Waste Management Learnership
- Location: Gauteng, South Africa
- Duration: 12 months
- Stipend: Monthly allowance provided
- Closing Date: 15 June 2025

Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be 18 to 35 years old
- Have Matric with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science
- Be unemployed and not currently studying or in a learnership
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Live in Gauteng and provide proof of residence
- Be from a disadvantaged background (Quintile 1-3 schools preferred)
- Have basic computer skills and be able to communicate well
- Be motivated, willing to learn, and a good team player
