Training Force, a Level 1 B-BBEE accredited training provider, invites unemployed South African youth (aged 18–28) to apply for its 12-month learnership programmes. Offering SAQA-accredited qualifications (NQF Levels 2–5) across industries like retail, hospitality, engineering, and IT, these learnerships combine classroom learning with practical experience to boost your career. Earn a stipend (est. R4,500–R6,000/month) while you learn!

Available Learnerships (Examples):

  • W&RSETA: Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 2–3).

  • MICT SETA: IT Support and Systems Development.
  • TETA: Transport and Logistics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in theoretical training and workplace assignments.
  • Complete assessments and practical tasks to earn your qualification.
  • Work under mentorship to develop industry-specific skills.

Who Can Apply?

  • South African citizens, aged 18–28, with a valid ID.
  • Grade 10, 11, or 12 (Matric preferred; no tertiary qualifications required).
  • Unemployed and not enrolled in other learnerships or studies.
  • Clear criminal record; people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic English proficiency; computer literacy is a plus for some programmes.
