Gijima System Support Learnership

Gijima is offering a 12-month System Support Learnership for 15 unemployed South African youth (ages 18–35), specifically in the Gauteng region. The programme is registered at NQF Level 5 and aims to develop IT skills that lead to national qualifications and workplace placement.
What the Learnership Includes
- Theory and practical training in IT system support
- Development of skills in network management, hardware troubleshooting, desktop support, and software installation
- Placement in public or private organisations upon completion
- Guidance and mentorship during practical workplace experience
Who Should Apply
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Unemployed and not participating in another internship or learnership
- Grade 12 complete, with foundation in English and Mathematics
- Basic computer proficiency (must know how to use a PC)
- No criminal record or significant credit issues
- Residing in Gauteng
- Commitment to completing the full 12-month programme
