About the Premier Millwright Apprenticeship 2025-2028
Premier is searching for applicants who are in need of practical exposure in the Millwright field within a professional work setting with their apprenticeship. The Premier Millwright Apprenticeship is a structured three-year program designed to support the growth of motivated young individuals who are eager to invest in their own development. It offers an excellent opportunity for those who are committed to learning and driven to acquire new skills. The apprenticeship blends both academic and hands-on training, ensuring participants receive a well-rounded foundation. The theoretical component takes place at an accredited learning center, where apprentices build essential knowledge in the trade. This classroom-based education lays the groundwork for the technical competencies required in the field.

In addition to the formal learning environment, apprentices gain valuable on-the-job experience through practical training sessions held during weekends and public holidays. These sessions are supervised by experienced, qualified Artisans who provide mentorship and guidance throughout the process. Under their supervision, apprentices have the chance to apply what they’ve learned in real-world settings, reinforcing their understanding through practical application. This dual approach not only enhances technical proficiency but also helps participants develop the confidence and adaptability needed to excel in high-performance work environments.
