What Is the BUCO Learnership?
BUCO, a leading hardware retailer with 183 outlets under The Building Company, provides a W&R SETA-accredited learnership for a National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Operations (NQF Level 2 or 3). You’ll work in stores nationwide, learning sales, stock control, and customer service while earning a monthly stipend.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with sales and queries
- Manage stock control and store displays
- Handle point-of-sale transactions
- Participate in training workshops for retail skills
- Work with pros to learn hardware retail ops
