What’s the Momentum Learnership?
Momentum, a leading financial services provider under Momentum Metropolitan, runs a 12-month learnership for Grade 12 graduates. You’ll get classroom training and hands-on experience in insurance, financial services, and client relations, earning an NQF Level 4 qualification at branches across South Africa.
What You’ll Do
- Support client onboarding and service tasks
- Learn insurance policies, claims, and benefit calculations
- Handle data entry and compliance documentation
- Join product training and staff development sessions
- Work with mentors on real client interactions
