Position Summary
Icebolethu Group is seeking six motivated and disciplined individuals to join their catering team as Casual Catering Drivers. This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about service delivery and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Successful candidates will be responsible for transporting catering teams, equipment, and meals to various venues within Mpumalanga, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, time management, and hygiene standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in catering, food service, or a similar environment
- Valid driver’s license (own transport is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must reside in or around the KNZ area of Mpumalanga
Key Responsibilities
- Drive catering teams and equipment to funeral and event venues
- Assist with food preparation, setup, serving, and breakdown
- Ensure all food items are handled hygienically and safely
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and report any faults
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards
- Accurately follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team
