About the Icebolethu Learnerships 2025
Icebolethu is searching for candidates who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills within a funeral services work environment. The Icebolethu Learnerships program is currently inviting applications from individuals interested in pursuing a 10-month learnership in Mortuary Science and Insurance Claims Administration. This comprehensive program aims to provide participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in these specialized and dynamic fields.
Over the course of the program, candidates will follow a structured learning curriculum that integrates both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical experience within a real workplace environment. Guided by experienced training professionals, participants will receive consistent support and feedback to ensure steady progress toward achieving a recognized qualification. The Icebolethu Learnerships Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Insurance Claims Administrator Learnership
- Obtain a Matric certificate (Grade 12) or complete ABET Level 4
- Remain currently unemployed and demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Show strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems effectively
- Develop basic computer skills, as they are considered an advantage
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in speaking and writing.
2. Mortician Learnership Programme
- Complete Matric (Grade 12) or achieve ABET Level 4
- Maintain an unemployed status at the time of application
