What You’ll Do
- Deliver customer service via phone and email (80% of role)
- Resolve queries using software tools and internal teams
- Support SMME digital marketing efforts on Takealot’s platform
- Assist with general small business operations (20% of role)
- Engage with mentors for guidance and growth
