About the Role

Momentum Group is hiring 20 Customer Services Agents to deliver professional client service across multiple channels including inbound calls, email support, and walk-in queries. If youโ€™re passionate about customer experience and want to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentโ€”this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities

โœ… Internal Process

  • Respond professionally to client queries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Ensure queries are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Take ownership of complaints and resolve them efficiently.
  • Update client records accurately using internal systems.
  • Ensure all documentation and reports are completed on time.
  • Identify and escalate system/process improvements.

  • Investigate and resolve queries timeously.
  • Provide accurate advice and after-sales support.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain professional, effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Recommend ways to enhance customer service quality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
  • 2โ€“3 yearsโ€™ experience in a client services or call centre role (advantageous).
  • Exposure to medical aid/healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, Afrikaans, and Nguni languages (spoken and written).
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office.
