Job Purpose
Maximize sales by providing AWESOME customer service and creating a WOW experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Address individual customer needs, always prioritizing the customer.
- Provide prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and by phone.
- Advise customers on product range, pricing, and warranties.
- Demonstrate and explain products to enhance customer understanding.
- Drive sales, including add-on products and services.
- Ensure correct pricing and appealing product displays.
- Execute promotions on time and maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Report on fast- and slow-moving products to the Store Manager.
- Participate in stock takes and minimize stock loss.
- Control expenses and protect company assets within your responsibility.

- Tenacious and highly motivated.
- Strong merchandising abilities.
Entry Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience.
- Reliable transport to accommodate shift work.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform duties as assigned by Senior Management.
- Complete mandatory and service training.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Participate in appraisals and personal development reviews.
- Stay updated with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Adapt to new technology and methods.
