About the Internship
The Human Resource Internship is a 12-month programme designed to equip graduates with practical knowledge and skills in various HR functions. Interns will be based at Sun International’s corporate offices in Sandton, Johannesburg.
This programme offers exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations
- HR administration and compliance

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this internship opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Must be a South African citizen
- Currently unemployed and not participating in another internship or learnership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
